With six years of extensive real estate experience and a solid academic foundation in Business and Management, Andrei is a specialist in London’s dynamic residential market. His expertise lies in lettings, property management, and fostering meaningful relationships with landlords, tenants, and agencies. Recognized for his sharp problem-solving skills, exceptional customer service, and innovative approach, Andrei is dedicated to delivering seamless and efficient property solutions.
Andrei and Olga joined forces in 2019, combining their expertise to launch a property consulting company. A year later, amidst the challenges of COVID-19, they took a bold step forward and established a real estate business specializing in property management. Today, they successfully oversee more than 50 prime properties across central London, delivering expert solutions for landlords, tenants, and investors alike.
Olga Mantsiou
Olga brings over seven years of experience in real estate, having launched her first property office in 2018. She specializes in residential and commercial acquisitions, identifying prime locations, and devising strategic growth plans. With a proven track record in building successful partnerships, managing HMOs, and overseeing serviced apartments, Olga is a driving force in the industry. Her expertise, coupled with her creativity and deep understanding of the London market, ensures outstanding results for clients and investors.
